Change and Happinness

Change does not merely happen with the passage of time but requires deliberate energy and action. Just as an object at rest will remain at rest, so too will your life remain unchanged unless you harness the energy behind the desire for growth, mastery, happiness and change in order to transform yourself from where you are to where you want to be.
Start with Why and What. What do you want to become (or rather who do you want to become) and why. When you have your what and why, build your how. Pursuing the best version of you is the best and most honorable way to serve humanity and to improve the world.
